Mental awareness strives to improve mental wellbeing by raising awareness and demonstrate importance of art in alleviating mental illness, but also increasing knowledge and understanding the community to help prevent mental health issues.
Art therapy is a way to slowly replace negativity with beautiful colors and positive energy. We believe that through art we are able to express ourselves and connect with others around us.
Art can be used to help people communicate, overcome stress, and explore different aspects of their own personalities.
